It’s a scenario that causes panic for countless international students in the United States. You’re deep into studying for midterms, and you happen to glance at your passport. There, stamped in red ink across your F-1 visa, is an expiration date that passed three months ago.

They can tell you if your record looks good for a renewal. They can also tell you if there are any problems you need to fix.
