Flight changing is a situation where we are struck with some other commitments and our booked tickets are not aligning with flight’s timing. - Then, there are some types of fares where you can make any sort of change anytime and no fee will be charged to you. They’re sometimes flex fares and always business tickets.
- Moreover, there are some circumstances where you can apply for the change free of cost. You need to ask about such waivers from the customer support as they will let you know about the latest policies.
How to Apply for Changes?
If you have booked through call then call the customer support to make the changes. If you wish to visit the airport for the changes that option is also available. And if you have booked online then here’s how you can make the changes-
- Go to the official website and your booking option. Click on that and they will be asking about your details like booking number and your surname, etc.
- When this information will lead you to your review page, you will find an option to make the changes and you can apply for the changes from there. If there will be any changing fee, you have to pay that amount to proceed.
Flight Change Fees-
After 24 hours of the booking you will be entitled to pay some amount as fare difference or anything.
- If we talk about fare types, you can make the changes in classic and flex fares with a fee. It will be non-chargeable in business class.
