The building was in 1880 to house the Brinker Collegiate Institute, a female boarding school. After that, it was into a brothel, accessible via a secret underground tunnel. William Foxley purchased the building and spent a fortune converting it into the museum that exists today.
6. Union Station
Denver is rich in history because it was the epicentre of Colorado’s Gold Rush heyday. The century-old Union Station is now not only a living memorial to the city’s colourful past but also a functional public transit station in downtown Denver! Union Station also functions as a one-stop shop for entertainment and dining. If you have the time, staying the night at the station is one of the best things to do in Denver. If you haven’t had your fill of food yet, the renovated landmark has a plethora of shops and boutiques to peruse.
7. Denver Museum of Nature & Science
